In 1996, Agostino Lenci turned his passion into a business investing in a 97-hectare property in the small town of Magliano in the DOC appellation of Maremma Toscana. Although the region has long produced wine, it was not internationally recognized for quality until recently. Lenci’s vision to bring glory to this little-known area was finally realized.
In recent years, the Maremma Toscana has emerged as a preeminent wine producing region. Fattoria di Magliano was at the forefront of this endeavor, receiving rave reviews from top critics and consumers alike.
