Ticket ($85) includes a three-course lunch, with paired wine as well as a signed copy of America—Farm to Table. Mario will mix and mingle throughout the event. Immediately following, guests are encouraged to join Mario at the Whitney Humanities Center Auditorium (53 Wall Street) where he’ll appear in conversation with Mark Bomford, Director of the Yale Sustainable Food Project (the lecture is free and open to the public).
